How does it work?
Choose your theme and size, upload a clear photo of your pet (and yourself if you picked "Pet + You"), and place your order. Within 24 hours we email you a free digital preview of your custom portrait. Once you approve it, we print it on premium gallery-wrapped canvas and ship it to you ready to hang.
Can I request changes to my portrait?
Yes. You get unlimited edits before we print. Just reply to your preview email with what you'd like changed, whether that's the expression, background, colors or a small detail, and we'll update it.
What if I don't love it?
Our 100% Happiness Guarantee has you covered. If you don't love your preview, we'll redo it for free. If it's still not right, we'll refund you in full before anything is printed.
What kind of photo should I send?
A clear, well-lit photo works best, ideally taken in natural daylight at your pet's eye level. Make sure the face, eyes, ears and any unique markings are visible. Avoid heavy filters, blurry shots and very dark photos. For "Pet + You," a front-facing photo of yourself from the shoulders up is ideal.
Can I include more than one pet?
Our current listing is for one pet, or one pet plus you. If you'd like more pets in one portrait, contact us before ordering and we'll let you know what's possible.
What is the portrait printed on?
Your custom digital portrait is printed on premium gallery-wrapped canvas stretched over a wooden frame. It arrives ready to hang, so no extra frame is needed.
What sizes are available?
8x10, 12x16 and 16x20 inches. 12x16 is our most popular size for gifting.
When do I need to order for Christmas?
Order by December 12 for Christmas delivery within the US. See our Shipping & Christmas Deadlines page for details.
Can I order a memorial portrait for a pet who has passed?
Yes. Our Christmas in Heaven theme is a gentle tribute with angel wings and a halo. Any clear photo you have works, even an older one, and we'll take extra care with your preview.
Can I send it directly to the gift recipient?
Absolutely. Just enter the recipient's address at checkout.
