We want you to love your portrait. That's why you see a free digital preview before anything is printed.
Before printing
- You get unlimited edits to your preview.
- If you don't love your preview, we'll redo it for free.
- If it's still not right, we'll give you a full refund. Just let us know before you approve the preview.
After printing
Because every portrait is custom made just for you, we can't accept returns once you've approved your preview and it has been printed. If there's a printing defect or your canvas arrives damaged, email us a photo within 7 days of delivery and we'll send a free replacement.
How to request a redo or refund
Reply to your preview email or contact us through our website with your order number, and we'll take care of it.
Refunds are issued to your original payment method. Depending on your bank, they usually appear within 5 to 10 business days.
