Our timeline
- Digital preview: within 24 hours of your order
- Printing: begins as soon as you approve your preview, usually 2 to 4 business days
- Shipping: typically 3 to 7 business days within the US
The sooner you approve your preview, the sooner your portrait ships. During the holiday rush, please review your preview promptly so your gift arrives on time.
Priority Production + Fastest Shipping ($14.99)
In a hurry? Choose Priority Production + Fastest Shipping at checkout. Your portrait preview is made first, ahead of standard orders, and once you approve it your canvas is printed and shipped on our fastest available shipping, typically 2 to 5 business days after printing.
Priority Production speeds up our part of the process, but it is not overnight or guaranteed express delivery. Carrier delivery times are estimates, especially during the holiday rush.
Where we ship
We currently ship within the United States. Every order includes tracking, which we email to you as soon as your portrait ships.
Missed the deadline?
If it's too late for a printed canvas to arrive by Christmas, contact us. We can send your approved digital portrait so you have something beautiful to give on the day, with the canvas to follow.
Damaged in transit?
If your canvas arrives damaged, email us a photo within 7 days of delivery and we'll send a replacement at no cost.
